Black sticks VS Japan

Before the game I went to have lunch at McDonalds to get a refill for the game. After that, but before the game I found Alexia and her dad at the game, I also found Nick who plays for my club and his sister standing with his mum - Helan she used to play for the Black sticks. They asked us if we wanted to go up to the club rooms with them. Just as we got up to the club rooms the siren went to start the game, we won the coin toss so we started with the ball. Center fowed passed to center half and center half ran to the shooting circle and passed out to the wing and tried to shoot 'SMACK!' The goalie stopped the ball like that and Japan got the ball, then we intasepted it and almost immediately they got the ball into the circle and had a shot and the ball went back and fourth for the whole game then came the penalty shot out the points that we had going in to the shot out was Black sticks - 3 and Japan - 3. Japan had their first go at the goal and just missed then we had our first go at the goal and got it! Then Japan got the ball in to the goal 

and we missed, then Japan got a goal and we didn't. The final score was Black Sticks - 4 and Japan - 5 !

EOTC week

On the Friday of EOTC week we were lucky anaf to be invited to Waiataru hospital 

First we got into buddies,then we got the baking and the barley water.

Then we walked to the hospital and we waited for the people to come downstairs to meet us.

When everyone was downstairs we gave them rosemary and talked about they're childhood.

The first lady Madison and I talked to said "are you two brothers ?" We said no we are friends .Then she said " you cute boys " we said we were girls.The lady's name is olive (Pual Henarys mum)

Then Madison,Eve,,Maire,and I went up stairs to meet the people that couldn't come down to meet all of us .

  After we went up stairs it was time President our baked goods to the hospital after we were staff with food Roman started doing the conga  and everyone joined in . (I didn't ) But sadly we had to leave so we could get to the pools. On the way back I walked and talked to Madison and Alexia we did that all the way.

When we got back to school we got changed into our togs the boys toke a long time my dad had to get them out of the clock bay then the girls got changed in the toilets .Then we got on the bus to go to the pools (my group was Oscar,Arjan,Eve ,Marie and myself).

The first thing we did was have lunch then you can play and we can do what we want.

Our first lesson was life jacket safety we had to learn swim with a life jacket.First we had to hold the wall and then we had to hold the life jacket on the person next to us I was holding Eve and Romans life jackets.

Our next lesson was beach safety learn how to get out of a rip.we had run in a circle to create a rip,I was one of the only people in My group that could answer all the questions.after that exiting lesson we had water safety it is when you have to learn how to get in a pool safely Lachlan toke 5-7 goes to get in the pool and to do it properly.

When that lesson finally finished we had free time guess what Madison,Eve,Izzy and a hole lot of other people including me played GIRL'S vs BOYS and of course the ...............GIRLS won!!!!!! With a bit of help from some smart boys .

Then after all of that chaos we got changed and Roman came into the girls changing room.then   

 At the end of the day we got to watch a bit of pink panther .

Beth is an athletic kid that's brainy and is a caring person who loves(!!!!!) dogs and her proper name is Elisabeth. She has a lot of friends and a sister called Greer. Beth loves her passion of hockey, her dad says she's intelligent and jumpy. Beth keeps secrets because she is loving. She has a mum called Mairi. Beth loves nature and her message is always obvious. Beth likes playgrounds. She is a quick runner and is sporty.  She has a twin sister (called Greer) and likes unicorns & horses. Beth is very willing to play the xylophone, wants to go on a yacht and loves the zoo.

Youth town  and pools because the pools are fun and I have never done youth town.
